A look inside

My Dream School Decoder

Every behaviour is a form of communication, and every young person is doing the best they can with what they have in that moment. The Decoder helps adults hear a young person’s voice, map how different parts of school feel, understand the feelings and needs beneath their distress and spot patterns over time, building shared understanding and better support.
